Alisha Arora

I’m a Systems Design Engineering student at the University of Waterloo. I’m currently building AI agents, evaluations, and post-training models at Tesla. Recently I’ve worked with teams at Shopify, TELUS, Microsoft, Vitala Global, Procter & Gamble, and MIT AI Lab.

I like building at the intersection of AI systems, software, and impact. Lately, I’ve been thinking about frontier intelligence, human interaction, and building responsible AI.
